You Can Make Sugar Candy by Yourself-milk Toffee

Weigh the left and right ingredients into the pot. The high fire starts to boil the sugar. Stirring is required throughout the process to prevent it from being burnt.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and continue to boil.

About 25 minutes, boil it until it is mixed with a spoon, and obvious lines appear and do not disappear immediately. The liquid is thick and thick (a little thicker than baby rice noodles). Remove from the heat and continue to stir slowly for 10 more times to press out bubbles.

Put the sugar liquid into the mold, (hot, you can wear anti-scalding gloves) the sugar will dry at the end, it doesn't matter, just put them all into the mold.

Bake it in the oven at 120 degrees for 5 minutes, the sugar will be flat. Take it out and let cool (you can also put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes)

Tips:
1Boil the whole process on a small fire, otherwise it will be burnt and the color will be dark
2 Successful candy should be hard, non-sticky candy paper. If the sticky paper may not be boiled enough
3 For the chocolate toffee material, in addition to the above materials, 40G of dark chocolate and 5G of cocoa powder should be added.
4 Although sugar can taste good, you can't eat too much.
