Divide the glutinous rice flour into two portions and add powdered sugar to make Yuhuashi glutinous rice balls. You need two colors of dough, one white and one colorful (I add red yeast rice). If there is no red yeast rice powder, you can use purple potato puree, pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, chocolate, etc. instead. Knead into a smooth glutinous rice ball!
