Yuner Yam

Cut the yam into thicker long slices, soak the dried cloud ears into pieces, and change the scallion, ginger, and garlic with a knife.

After the water is boiled, put the yam in a pot and blanch until it is eight or nine mature.

Rinse with cold water out of the pot.

From the frying pan, stir the chives, ginger, garlic.

Stir-fry Xia Yuner until it is broken.

Put the yam pill into the stir fry, be careful not to overturn the spoon when stir fry, it will be better to overturn the pot.

Pour the sauce (salt, sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, sesame oil)

Stir-fry on high heat quickly and evenly, out of the pot~
Tips:
1. This is a quick dish, so when blanching the yam, remember to blanch it to eight or nine ripe, so that it is not easy to fry until it becomes broken after being cooked.
2. Prepare the sauce in advance so that it is quick and convenient to make dishes.
3. The yam is cut along the texture and is not easy to fry.
