Yuxiang Frozen Tofu

Defrost the frozen tofu, pour out the excess water, and heat it in a microwave oven on high heat for 2 minutes.

Mince ginger and garlic, mince pickled peppers and chopped peppers; one spoon consumes oil, one spoon vinegar, one spoon of cooking wine, half spoon of sugar, half spoon of starch, and two spoons of water are mixed into fish sauce for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic, minced ginger, pickled peppers and chopped peppers in sequence when the oil is hot, stir fry for a taste.

Pour in the fish-flavored sauce and bring to a boil, then pour it onto the frozen tofu on the plate.

1. Frozen tofu is ordinary tofu placed in the freezer of the refrigerator, and it will become frozen tofu overnight.
2. The proportion of fish-flavored juice can be based on your own taste, I don't like too sweet taste, this proportion is just right for me.
3. If you don't use a microwave oven, you can also stir-fry the seasonings and put the frozen tofu into the pot, add some water to boil to collect the juice, the tofu will be more delicious and the nutrition will not be lost.
