It suddenly occurred to me that I haven't eaten tofu for a long time. The authentic mapo tofu personally feels that it is too heavy. It improves the fish flavor a bit, without putting too much hemp flavor!

Yuxiang Mapo Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients

2. The tofu is diced and blanched, and it is best to use soft tofu for a smooth taste. I didn't buy it!

4. The oil is 50% hot, then add pepper, bean paste, ginger and garlic in turn

6. Gently pour the blanched tofu, without the spatula, shake the pot directly, otherwise it will fall apart. Add some salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce.

Tips:

Be sure to use red pickled peppers for seasoning and add rich colors! Must be blanched
