Yuxiang Pork

Cut sharp peppers, fish fillets and shredded pork with cooking wine, salt and pepper to season and marinate for a while. Mince garlic cloves and ginger and set aside.

Heat the pan and put the oil, add the minced garlic and the ginger foam until fragrant.

Add the shredded pork and stir fry for a while, out of the pan.

Add the marinated fish fillets and stir fry for a while to serve.

Pour a little base oil into the pan, add the oiled fish fillets and shredded pork, stir-fry evenly, add green pepper, millet pepper, stir-fry, add white wine, salt, light soy sauce to taste. Add a little balsamic vinegar before boiling.
