Zero-added Honey Cup Cake

The whole eggs are beaten into the basin. The black eggs I use are much smaller than the eggs, about 1/2 the size.

Add honey and sugar all at once. In fact, honey is not suitable for heating at high temperature. I generally use it as "waste". I only use "bad" honey that has been solidified or crystallized after being left for a period of time.

The egg wash basin sits in warm water, and the low-end egg beater is used to beat it first.

After a slight expansion, change to the highest grade.

The custard gets thinner and thinner.

It is enough to lift the whisk and stay at the end for a few seconds before falling. The whole time spent is about 10-15 minutes.

Sift in the low-gluten flour several times and mix well.

Finally add edible oil and mix well.

Pour the mixed custard into a silicone measuring cup, if not, use a spoon.

This is the oil-free and less-sugar version. It was totally unintentional. I was anxious to go out to pick up the old man, but I forgot to drain the oil and poured it into the mold. It's very healthy, but it tastes better than the oily one, much like the honey cake in Daoxiang Village, ha ha.

I have made honey cake three times. The specific amount of raw materials and finished products are as follows:
1. For the first time, 80 grams of low powder, 30 grams of honey, 30 ml of salad oil, 4 ebony eggs, 40 grams of sugar. Quantity of finished products: 12 small cakes in 12-mode, slightly full, some of them overflowed.
2. The second time 150 grams of low-gluten flour, 50 grams of honey, 50 ml of salad oil, 8 ebony eggs, and 40 grams of sugar. The number of finished products: 20 of the 12-modules, and the larger 6-module cakes. 9.
3. The third time-130 grams of oil-free and low-sugar version of low-gluten flour, 4 ordinary eggs, one teaspoon of honey (semi-solidified), one teaspoon of white sugar, and the number of finished products: 12. There will be 6 joint models, none of which are too full.
