Very delicious nut crisps, which is convenient to eat one bite at a time. Nuts can be filled with walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts, etc. 😍"

Ingredients

Zero Basic Baking (ฅ>ω

1. Separate egg yolk and egg whites, take only the yolk

2. 100 grams of powdered sugar (I use white granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar when I run out of sugar, it is best to use powdered sugar for a more delicate taste)

3. 100 grams of salad oil (I used olive oil today)

4. 200g low-gluten flour

5. Excipients ready

6. Mix the egg yolk with the salad oil, and mix it evenly with a manual whisk

7. Add the powdered sugar in portions until it is evenly mixed and add again

8. Add baking powder and baking soda to low-gluten flour and mix

9. Sift the mixed powder and add it to the mixed egg

10. Mix well with a rubber spatula

11. Mix until it forms a smooth dough

12. Arrange the dough into this long strip

13. Cut into equal pieces with a scraper

14. Take a small piece and roll it into a ball, place a nut on the top, and flatten it

15. Spread a layer of greased paper on the baking tray to arrange the pressed biscuits neatly, leaving a little gap in the middle

16. Preheat the middle layer in the oven at 175℃ and bake at 175℃ for 15 minutes

Tips:

I can bake about 40 pieces for a bite of crisp
