Zhaer Root Mixed with White Meat

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Wash the pork hind leg meat and put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, a section of onion, a few peppers, and a small piece of ginger to boil. Turn the heat to a low heat and remove the meat.

Wash the roots of the folded ears and disassemble them into small sections about 5 cm long. Add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes, then rinse twice with water to drain the water for later use.

Cut the shallots into small pieces.

Mince garlic.

Put garlic, green onions, sugar, and white sesame seeds into a bowl, then add two spoons of chili oil, one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, and three spoons of cold boiled rice, mix well and set aside.

Cut the cooked meat into thin slices.

Put the cold noodles on the plate.

Place the fold ears evenly.

Pour a layer of sauce.

Put on the white meat again.

Pour all the remaining juice and it's done.
13.
Let it sit for 10 minutes to taste.
