Tips:
1. The authentic Longjing prawns are made with river prawns. If you can't buy them here, just get sea prawns.
2. Use water below 80 degrees when making tea, otherwise it will affect the color of the tea leaves.
3. It is best to use Longjing New Tea. The tea leaves are green and can be used in dishes. I can only buy Chencha, the color is not good, so I didn't put it in.
4. You can hook the glass in the last step, and the color will look better. I don't like starch very much so it doesn't thicken.
