Zhejiang Snacks Fried Noodles with Mushrooms

Put the noodles in boiling water and cook for a minute to remove.

Place the cooked noodles in cold water to cool them down and drain the water.

Put the noodles in a large bowl, mix well with soy sauce and a little salt.

Put the oil in the hot pan, and when the oil is 50% hot, add the noodles and fry.

When the noodles are golden brown, remove and drain the oil.

Shred the bamboo shoots and mushrooms, and cut into sections.

Tips:
1. When boiling the noodles, boil it in boiling water for about 1 minute and then remove it, and the time should not be too long;
2. When frying noodles, the fire should not be too high and the oil temperature should not be too high to avoid burning.
