Fill a pot of cold water and boil the duck feet in a pot of cold water for about 3 minutes, remove and rinse.

Put all the ingredients into the pot and boil it over high heat first, then turn to medium and low heat. (You can adjust the ingredients according to your own amount) The cooking wine is twice as much as the two kinds of soy sauce. I didn't put the salt in it.
