Ingredients

Zongzi

1. Soak and clean the zong leaves.

2. Soak glutinous rice well, raisins and candied dates.

3. Cut off the hard part of the leaf and fold the zong leaf into a sharp corner.

4. Put in glutinous rice.

5. Fold down at the opening.

6. The straw rope is tied up.

7. Don't pack too much zongzi stuffing.

8. Cook for two hours.
