Zucchini Fish Head Tofu Soup

1. Cut the fish head into small pieces, wash it, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the pan, add oil, and add the fish heads.

3. Peel the zucchini, wash it, and cut into pieces. (There are a lot of fluff on the surface of the zucchini, you may get the flesh after peeling, so I like to wash it again after peeling)
