Zucchini Out of Chaos

Wash and shred the zucchini and put it in a large bowl.

Add the wheat flour and mix well until all the cossettes are evenly coated with flour, and there is a little bit of dry flour at the bottom of the bowl.

Spread the steaming cloth on the steaming tray, put the mixed vegetable shreds in, boil over high heat and turn to medium heat and steam for 10 minutes.
4.
Make a dip with light soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetarian oyster sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
