Son's creativity~
I finished it with my son and his little cousin. Pig's eyes, hat, pineapple flag, and numbers are all made by them. It’s really enjoyable to make with children. It doesn’t matter whether the finished product is beautiful or not. In the process, you will find many of their bizarre but interesting ideas, and find that they are seriously discussing to complete a more beautiful work. Time's cute...
I wish my friends a happy new year in advance~"

2019 Piglet Buns

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Put the yeast into the flour and mix well.

3. Pour the milk.

4. Knead into a super smooth dough.

5. Divide the dough into 15 grams of small dough, add an appropriate amount of red edible color powder, and knead into a red dough. Separate 15 grams of small dough, add Oreo biscuits, and knead it into a brown-black dough. Separate 8 grams of small dough, add orange edible color powder and knead into orange dough. Separate 4 grams of small dough, add yellow edible color powder and knead into yellow dough. Add a small amount of red edible color powder to the rest and knead it into a pink dough. Divide the pink dough into 8 small doughs of 6 g. The rest is divided into 8 equal parts, as shown in the figure.

6. Round the slightly larger pink dough, four rounds, and four rounds into a drop shape, and stitch them together, as shown in the figure.

7. Knead 6 grams of small dough into a thin long strip, and cut a small bite on the thin side to make pig's trotters.

8. Stick a small amount of water on the shoulder of the piglet.

9. Divide the red dough into 8 small doughs with the size of peas and use them to make the pig’s nose and ears.

10. Knead the ear dough into two thin strips and flatten them into two pieces from the middle to make pig ears.

11. The nose dough is rounded and flattened, and two small holes are pricked with a paper stick to make a pig's nose.

12. Separate 8 pieces of Oreo dough the size of mung bean grains and round them to make pig eyes.

13. Stick a small amount of water on the ears, nose, and eyes.

14. Divide the remaining Oreos into 8 equal parts to make piggy hats. Let's use your imagination. This step is made by two children, and they are already worn on the pig's head.

15. Roll out the red dough into a pancake with a thickness of about 1mm, and use a mold to carve out the shape you like. It can be cut directly into a rectangle without a mold.

16. Stick a small amount of water on the pineapple flag and place it on the pig's right hand.

17. Roll the orange dough into a pancake with a thickness of about 1mm.

18. Cut out the shape of the vest according to the size of the pig.

19. Divide the yellow dough into 4 equal parts and knead the strips to make the four numbers 2019.

20. Stick a small amount of water on the vest and numbers on the corresponding positions.

21. Put it into the steamer in turn, turn the pot under cold water on low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and ferment for 20 minutes (the time is only for reference, the specific fermentation will make the dough slightly larger, and the dough will rebound slowly by pressing it with your fingers). . Steam for about 15 minutes after the water is boiled. Turn off the heat for 3 minutes.

22. Out of the pot

Tips:

1. The dry humidity of flour is different, the amount of milk can be increased or decreased by about 5 grams as appropriate.
2. Milk can be replaced with water.
3. The room temperature is too high, you can only adjust two colors to make. You can also use your imagination to create other shapes.
4. Because I made it with two children, the process pictures were not very detailed, you can read the text introduction if you like.
5. You can also pack a small amount of fillings you like.
6. Pigment is divided into food coloring, if you don't like it, you can change it to thin powder, and the color will be a little lighter.
7. If you can't finish it, keep it in a sealed refrigerator, and it can be frozen. It can be heated when you eat it again. It is recommended to finish it as soon as possible.
