A Bite of Whole Wheat Toast
1.
Ingredients are prepared and washed; whole wheat toast is cut into thick slices and 2 slices are taken.
2.
Take a cut of about 70 grams of cucumber, peel and slice obliquely, remove the ham sausage and slice obliquely, and set aside.
3.
Knock the eggs open in a clean bowl, beat them up with chopsticks, mix well, and let stand.
4.
Add about 1 gram of fresh chicken juice to the cut cucumber slices and ham slices, stir evenly with chopsticks, and set aside.
5.
Thick-cut slices of toast are grilled on both sides; pour about 1 gram of peanut oil in a small pot, pour in egg liquid and fry, fry the eggs and cut into small pieces, add them to the mixed cucumber and ham slices, mix well, set aside .
6.
Cut the toast slices into small cubes, take a small toast cube, put the cucumber slices, egg cubes, and ham slices mixed with fresh chicken juice in order, and finally put a small toast cube, and use a toothpick to skew all the food.
Tips:
1. The weight of cucumber, ham, and egg is the weight before processing (unpeeled, clothed, and shelled).
2. The small cubes of whole wheat toast can be replaced by other non-stuffing bread slices. Without a toaster, you can fry on both sides in a non-stick pan and then cut into small cubes.
3. The fresh chicken sauce is concentrated and salty. Pay attention to the amount. You can use other personal favorite seasonings for seasoning.
