A Bowl of Hericium Erinaceus and Chicken Soup in Winter Tonic!

Tips:
1. Hericium should be selected for its complete body, dry, non-rotten, mould-free, non-eaten, no incomplete scars on the surface, similar in size, complete and slender hairs, golden yellow or yellow with white inside, it is a high-quality hericium. ;
2. Hericium erinaceus naturally has a little bitter taste, if handled properly, the bitter taste will be very weak. First wash it with clean water, then soak it in warm water overnight or during the day, squeeze the water out of the Hericium erinaceus, wash it twice, and squeeze the water out, there is basically no bitterness. It is also said that soaking in rice water can remove the bitterness, I have not tried it, everyone can try;
3. Chicken has the effects of warming the qi, replenishing qi, nourishing essence, invigorating the spleen and stomach, invigorating blood circulation, and strengthening the bones. The ingredients are easy to find and go well with Hericium erinaceus, but it is best to choose three-yellow chicken or black-bone chicken with less fat.
