Braised Hericium with Pork Ribs

Prepare the ingredients

Hericium should be soaked for more than 5 hours in advance

Tips:
Hericium must be soaked in warm water for more than 5 hours in advance. The cooking wine and glutinous rice grains used in the ribs can remove the fishy taste.
