A Bowl of Soup for Early Autumn Tonic-pork Ribs and Radish Soup
1.
Soak the ribs in bleeding water and rinse them in a pot under cold water;
2.
I’m too lazy to change the pot. I use the pressure cooker directly. Do not screw the lid tightly on the lid. Bring to a boil on high heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes;
3.
Skim the froth, remove it, rinse it, put it in a clean pressure cooker, add cooking wine, pepper, pepper powder, star anise, green onion, ginger and other seasonings;
4.
Add appropriate amount of water;
5.
Cover the pot and screw it tightly, bring the heat to a boil, when you hear the sound of "chichi", turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat
6.
After a few minutes, wait until the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, add salt to taste, and sprinkle with coriander.
