Boil on high heat and turn to low heat to marinate for about 1 hour, then turn off the heat and simmer for 1 hour. In order to make the soybeans more delicious, I put the marinated kelp and soybeans in the marinade and put them in the refrigerator overnight after the stew and let them cool.

Tips:
1. The saltiness of the marinade must be tasted. Please do not completely follow the amount of seasoning I said, because I added light soy sauce and salt to season it later, but did not measure it.
2. The marinated ingredients are not necessarily limited to what I said. Try to choose the ingredients you like and use the marinated ingredients.
3. Regarding the preservation of marinated kelp and soybeans, take a clean and dry container, put the marinated kelp and soybeans, pour the marinade over these foods, and then cover and put them in the refrigerator for storage, as far as possible Eat it in a week.
