A Feast of Spring-whitebait Simmering Bitter Chrysanthemum

One keel, wash, and boil the soup for later use.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, do not remove the stems.

Clean the whitebait and set aside.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and drain the water for later use.

Bring the keel to a boil with cold water first, do not need water, after washing it, put it to a boil, and then boil it on low heat for three hours.
