A Must-have Creamy Mushroom Soup

Dice onion, slice mushrooms and butter and set aside

Heat the enamel pot over medium heat, add butter and onions.

Take another enamel pot (or put the onion out), add butter and flour, heat on low heat and stir evenly.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water to the enamel pot and continue to stir until the flour and butter are completely integrated.
5.
Add the fried onions, mushrooms, and light cream to the pot and stir well.
6.
Cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, sprinkle with bay leaves to taste.
