A Must-have for Watching The Ball-pickled Chicken Feet

Prepare chicken feet

Clean cleaned chicken feet, chop in half, slice ginger, cut green onion, pickled peppers

Boil water in a pot, add chicken feet, ginger slices, green onions, cooking wine, fish sauce, and boil until the chicken feet are broken

Take out the chicken feet and wash them with clean water

In a separate pot, add the cleaned chicken feet, sliced ginger, green onion, cooking wine, fish sauce, and boil the water, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 18 minutes. Cook the chicken feet thoroughly.

Tips:
1. The sour sauce for soaking the chicken feet must be less than the chicken feet
2. Taste while adjusting the juice. The acidity should be sufficient, and the salt should be slightly salty.
