Abalone and Green Vegetable Congee

1. Prepared abalone and spinach.

2. Rice porridge cooked in a rice cooker.

3. Wash spinach and blanch it in water.

4. Finely chop spinach.

5. Abalone slices.

6. Put the cooked white rice porridge into the soup pot, add the abalone and cook for 5 minutes.
