Abalone with Garlic Vermicelli

First cut 5 small garlic cloves into minced garlic, and chopped green onions into minced green onions. Cut it aside and use it later.

Brush the abalone shell with a brush to clean the soil, and use a knife to peel off the abalone flesh and shell intact.
