Stir-fried Fresh Squid Abalone with Mixed Sauce
1.
Wash the abalone and clean the black edges with a toothbrush
2.
Cut a cross on the smooth side of the abalone. Wash the fresh fish, remove the clothes, and cut the cross flowers into small pieces.
3.
The cut fresh yogurt is put in boiling water, and it can be taken out after being rolled out to cool and drain the water without waiting for the water to boil.
4.
Prepare white onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, green onion, red pepper
5.
Mixed sauce ingredients: Shrimp paste, black pepper sauce, Malazhan (Southeast Asian seasoning sauce, spicy), fish sauce (this fish sauce will not be very salty), sand tea sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, water, and starch. Evenly set aside.
6.
Sauté minced ginger, chopped green onion, and white onion in a frying pan
7.
Add small abalone and stir fry
8.
Stir fry until the abalone blooms, add red pepper and squid
9.
Stir-fry and pour in the mixed sauce
10.
Add green onion and stir well
Tips:
This mixed sauce should have oyster sauce, but I didn’t put it in because it was used up.
