Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine.

Select and dough program, start kneading. After the dough becomes a dough, add the softened butter cut into small pieces and let the dough absorb slowly.

Fermented to 2-2.5 times the size.

Preheat the oven, fire up and down, 180 degrees, 20 minutes, middle level. (I use ACA/North American Electric GT400 household oven, please make appropriate adjustments according to your own oven.)

Tips:
If the coloring is too heavy, tin foil can be added halfway.
