After the butter has softened, pour in sugar and low powder, and knead the butter and flour with your hands. Just make it into coarse corn flour

Add water to the flour, knead it into a dough, add plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

Roll out the loose dough into thin slices, then cover it on the pie pan and pierce the holes with a fork

Press the dough lightly with your hand to make it fit tightly with the pie pan

Use a rolling pin to roll over the pie pan, I just put four chrysanthemum molds on the extra dough

Put the roasted sweet potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag and press them into a puree with a rolling pin

If the sweet potato puree is wet, you can put it in the pot and fry it. If it is too dry, add some water.

Put the sweet potato puree in the pie pan and smooth it

Wash the apples and cut them into thin slices, put them in light salt water to prevent oxidation, and place them on the mashed potatoes.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Brush a layer of sugar water immediately after baking.
