Take a pot and cook the potatoes with their skins, peel them and slice them into thin slices, and place them on a plate for later use.

The tomatoes are peeled and sliced and placed on potato slices; the mozzarella cheese is cut into strips and placed on the tomato slices in a checkerboard shape.

Peel small slices of Gouda cheese, add fresh milk, animal whipped cream, thyme powder, and shredded brazil, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
