Wash the potatoes first, break them in half, then wash and cover with thick microwave wrap (preferably leave water on the surface of the potatoes), and place them in the microwave for 8 minutes.

Loosen each half of the potato with a fork and put it back in the potato shell.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, sauté the bacon, fry it until crispy, add the corn kernels and cook.

Spread evenly on each half of the potatoes.

Heat a pan on low heat, put butter, melted slightly, add flour, and stir to form a paste.

Then pour the milk (in two parts) and stir.

Pour in the cheddar cheese (sliced), stir, melt all, and season with salt and black pepper. If it is too thick, add more milk.

Spread the above cheese sauce evenly on the potatoes.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes; finally remove the upper layer and turn to 250°C and bake for 2-3 minutes until the surface is slightly charred.
