Put all ingredients except butter into the bread bucket to start the dough mixing process

After kneading into a smooth dough, add softened butter to continue the kneading process

Knead until it can stretch out a transparent film and start to ferment

The fermented dough is taken out and divided into eight parts.

Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, and put in an appropriate amount of red bean paste to close the mouth

Make all the dough in turn and put it in a non-stick baking pan after closing the mouth down

Gently press the dough into a pie shape and sprinkle a little black sesame seeds to decorate, put it in the oven for second fermentation
8.
Cover the fermented bread embryo with greased paper and press it with another baking pan. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
