Knead all the ingredients (except butter, raisins and sunflower seeds) into a dough. I used the bread maker kneading program. After 15 minutes, I added the butter, then 15 minutes later, added the raisins. Basic fermentation.

When fermented to 2.5 times the size, divide into 9 portions and knead and relax for 15 minutes.

The paper cups are arranged in the baking tray, the dough is rounded and placed in the paper cup, and finally fermented to 2 times the size.

Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bun and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer up and down for 20 minutes (the bread is colored and covered with tin foil).
