Choose a larger garlic clove with a membrane shell, wash and drain, and cut off a few stalks to expose the garlic meat.

After mixing all the seasonings evenly, put the whole garlic meat into the sauce one by one and let it marinate for about 15 minutes. Finally, you must turn over all the garlic cloves so that the outside is covered with sauce and you can start roasting.
