Mix all the ingredients for the pizza dough.

Knead to the expansion stage.

Fermented to 2 times the size.

Take out the fermented dough and press to expel the air in the dough.

Roll it into a dough that is the same size as a pizza pan.

Brush the pizza pan with a layer of oil, spread the topping, press it with your hands to form a thick and thin bottom of the pie, and then use a fork to make some small holes in the middle of the pie to prevent expansion during baking.
