Raw materials are reserved.

Melt the brown sugar in hot water in advance, and cool to warm.

Pour all the ingredients except the dried fruit into the bread machine and mix.

Knead until it expands. (You don't need to knead it completely.)

Take it out and fold it several times, and then round it up for fermentation.

Ferment to more than twice the size.

Exhaust the fermented noodles, divide into three parts, take one dough and round it and put it in the fermentation basket. (Sifter suitable dry powder in the fermentation basket in advance.)

Ferment to more than twice the size and buckle upside down in the baking tray.

Then cut the cross, and ferment for another ten minutes.

Put it in the preheated oven and heat up and down at 180°C for about 25 minutes. (I use ACA/North American Electric GT400 household oven, please make appropriate adjustments according to your own oven.)
