#aca烤明星大赛#chocolate Brownie
1.
Let's first come to a large collection of materials
2.
First, put the cashew nuts (I just ran out of walnuts in my house, only cashews, but I think all nuts can be made!) Put them in the oven at 160°C and bake for 10 minutes until the kernels are a little browned, then take them out and let them cool.
3.
Melt the chocolate in water and let it cool for later use. After the butter has softened at room temperature, beat it with a manual whisk. It does not need to be beaten very much. It is enough to beat the butter until the butter is a little white.
4.
Pour in the chocolate liquid and stir well.
5.
Pour in the egg liquid, sugar, low powder, and nuts in sequence. Each time you pour in the same material, you must mix it evenly and then pour in the next material.
6.
Finally, pour it into a mold covered with greased paper. Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes is OK!
7.
The brownie will have a layer of crust on the outside, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Don’t want the fragrant ones!
8.
After it's cold, cut a piece and dig two scoops of ice cream. You can't stop it!
Tips:
1. Walnuts are best, and the cut surface will look better. However, other nuts do not affect the taste.
2. Let the chocolate cool before stirring, or the butter will melt. Remember, every time you put the same material, you must mix it evenly before putting the second one.
