One squid, clean it, and cut out the shape you like, either strips or small pieces.

Put all the seasoning and the cut squid into a bowl and mix well.
3.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for five minutes, and cover the baking tray with tin foil (not to spread, just for easy brushing)
4.
Spread the evenly caught squid on the baking sheet.
5.
Bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
