#aca Fourth Session Baking Contest# Makes Erotic Matcha Cranberry Toast
1.
Put high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, milk, coconut flour and an egg into the bucket of the bread machine, and put a small hole on the top to put the yeast (put it into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then solid!);
2.
Turn on the bread machine kneading program for 25 minutes until the dough is kneaded until smooth, add butter and knead until even;
3.
Take out the dough and divide it into two portions: one portion is 220 grams, and the other portion is about 350 grams;
4.
Continue to knead 220 grams of dough to the expansion stage;
5.
Mix matcha powder and 10 grams of water evenly, pour it into 350 grams of dough and continue to knead until it is fully expanded to form a matcha green dough;
6.
Take out the white dough and matcha dough and knead them into rounds, cover them with plastic wrap and ferment 2 to 2.5 times their size. After the fermentation is finished, the dough will be rounded and loosened again for 15 to 20 minutes;
7.
Roll the matcha dough into a rectangle with the same width as the mold, and evenly sprinkle with dried cranberries, roll it into a long roll, squeeze it tightly and place it aside for later use;
8.
Roll out the white dough into the same square shape, place the tea dough in the middle of the white dough, wrap the matcha dough, pinch the mouth downwards, and put it into the toast mold;
9.
Put the toast mold in the oven, put a small cup of hot water in the oven, ferment until the mold is 9 minutes full, and brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid;
10.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 170 degrees and lower at 180 degrees, and bake for about 45 minutes (I make two at a time!);
