Put all the bread ingredients except butter in the basin. Knead into dough.

Tips:
1. If you don't want to knead the dough by hand, you can use a bread machine to knead the dough.
2. It can be left in the bread machine to ferment. If you don’t have time to knead the dough, you can put it in the refrigerator to ferment for 6 hours and it must be done.
3. Every different brand oven loses its temper and adjusts the temperature according to its own.
