Take 160 grams of cooked yam and mash it into yam mud.

Add 3 cooked duck egg yolks and continue to mash and mix.

Mix 100 grams of butter softened at room temperature with 170 grams of low flour.

Knead and grasp it all into a smooth dough.

Take a fresh-keeping bag to wrap the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into 1 cm slices.

Add all kinds of dried fruits and sesame seeds that I like, I use walnuts and almonds. Slightly press the walnuts and almonds with your fingers. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Put it into the middle of the oven and bake it at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips:
Walnuts can be replaced with cashews or no less, because the walnut skin will be bitter after roasting.
The oven temperature is set according to your own oven.
