Low-gluten flour and black cocoa powder are mixed in advance and sifted for later use.

Fill a small stainless steel milk pot with milk, salt, sugar and butter. Because black cocoa powder is bitter, I put 15 grams of sugar.

Bring to a boil on low heat.

Pour in the sieved powder mixture and stir quickly.

Cook on low heat until the batter forms a dough, stirring constantly, until the noodles are fully cooked. Cook on a low heat for about one minute.

Remove from the fire, pour the dough into the mixing bowl, first pour a part of the egg mixture into it and mix quickly evenly.

Mix well once and add the next. Lift the spatula and the batter is in an inverted triangle.

It is not necessary to add all of the egg liquid. Observe during the adding process. The amount of egg liquid added is related to the degree of gelatinization of the batter. There are only a little left of my two eggs. Just observe the inverted triangle, it doesn't matter if the state is slightly different.

Put a little batter into the piping bag. The small round mouth I used is 3 mm in diameter. Don’t be big, it will swell after roasting. If the swan’s neck is thick, it won’t look good. Or you can cut a small mouth directly on the piping bag.

Squeeze the positive and negative 2 words on the baking sheet. It is better for the upper half of the arc to be longer.

Put it into the preheated ACA oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.

The remaining batter makes the body of the swan. I use a middle eight-tooth decorating mouth. The piping bag can also be cut. Squeeze a drop of water on the baking sheet.

The middle layer of the ACA oven was heated at 190 degrees and lowered at 180 degrees for 33 minutes. The specific temperature and time depends on your own oven.

The grilled swan neck was dipped in melted white chocolate with a toothpick to light the eyes, and I also lighted the mouth with strawberry-flavored chocolate.

The body part of the swan is cut from the middle, and the upper part is cut in half to make the wings of the swan.

Squeeze the stuffing with Oreo cream. Squeeze the tail a little bit higher.
