Wash the red beans and soak overnight

Tips:
Pumpkins must be cooked well to be steamed to have the right sweetness. There is no need to add additional sugar; the water absorption of flour is different, depending on the water content of the pumpkin puree, adding flour until it becomes a smooth dough.
