1.
All the ingredients except butter are mixed and kneaded to form ribs, add butter and continue to knead until the expansion stage
2.
Ferment in a warm place until it is two to three times larger. It will form an olive shape in about an hour. After 15 minutes of fermentation at room temperature, it will be rolled into the size of a baking tray (my oven is relatively small, and I made two plates for this amount)
3.
Put a bowl of water in the oven, adjust to 38 degrees, ferment for 40 minutes, take out a small hole with a fork, sweep the egg mixture, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame
4.
Lower the heat to 180°C, heat to 150°C and bake for 15 minutes
5.
Buckle upside down on greased paper, cut off the thick edges on the four sides, and cut 2 to 3 stripes with a knife on one side to facilitate rolling up
6.
Spread a layer of salad dressing on the back of a spoon first, sprinkle the pork floss evenly, and roll it up with greased paper
