1.
Prepare 45g minced meat
2.
Add 10g soybean paste
3.
Add chives and cooking wine, stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes to taste.
4.
Remove the stalks of the fresh shiitake mushrooms, clean and drain. Place on the baking tray. (Mushrooms must be bigger, or they won’t fit)!
5.
Put in the marinated minced meat (spread the minced meat around the mushrooms as much as possible, so that the quail eggs with grooves in the middle will be centered when the quail eggs are beaten). Preheat the oven 180 degrees.
6.
Beat in the quail eggs
7.
Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
8.
Put it out of the oven and sprinkle some black sesame or cumin powder at will. (You can also eat it directly)
9.
Take a bite!
10.
Finished product
Tips:
There is no need to add salt and oil to this dish. The soy sauce itself is salty, and the minced meat is best to be thinner and fatter. The shiitake mushrooms must be larger, so you can put more minced meat.
