Cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature.

Sift in the granulated sugar and stir evenly.

Add eggs and mix well.

Sift in flour, almond flour, and salt, and add vanilla extract.

Knead into a uniform dough, divide half into the original color dough.

Add cocoa powder to the remaining half of the dough and knead it into a brown dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Place the dough between two pieces of baking paper, squeeze it, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniform thickness of about 0.4mm.

I used a mold to press out the shape of the biscuit. I used the common panda biscuit mold.

Use a knife to cut the bear's arm a bit so that the arm can be shaped.

To make bear biscuits with almonds, place the almonds on the bear’s belly, then break your hands into an almond-like shape, and lightly press to secure the almonds.

Make the cup-rimmed bear biscuits, fold it into a supporting paper holder with baking paper, then fold it into a right-angle shape with your hands, and slightly bend your feet against the supporting paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.

While the biscuits are baked and let cool, prepare the icing sugar. Take a medium piping bag and cut it into 4 triangular pieces of plastic paper.

After being rolled up, tape on the edges and fix it into 4 small piping bags.

Take a large bowl, add powdered sugar and egg whites.

Stir at low speed with an electric whisk for about 10 minutes.

Separate 1/3 of the white frosting and put it in a piping bag. Divide the remaining icing into three parts and add red, yellow, and brown pigments, stir evenly into pink, yellow, and dark brown icing, and then put them into piping bags.

Use white icing on the nose and belly, pink on the light bear’s ears, yellow on the brown bear’s ears, and dark brown on the eyes, nose and mouth. During the period, you can borrow sharp objects such as toothpicks or needles to help draw the shape. Wait until the frosting is completely dry.
