Put the whole eggplant in the oven and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Immediately after roasting, put the eggplant in ice water to soak it, then cut off the stalk and peel off the skin, and chop the eggplant for use.

Chop garlic and onion, stir well with the eggplant of Practice 2 to form eggplant paste.

Add olive oil to the eggplant sauce slowly, stirring constantly with a whisk until it is evenly mixed, then add lemon juice, tahini, honey, and salt and mix well.

Cut the French bread into slices about 1 cm thick, brush one side of the bread with a little olive oil, smear the eggplant sauce of Method 4, and then put it in the oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
