Rinse the raw peanuts, put them in a bowl with salt, pour in boiling water, and soak for 1-2 hours

Drain the soaked peanuts, spread them on a baking tray, put them in a preheated oven at 200°C, and bake for about 8 minutes, until some of the peanuts' red coat starts to crack slightly.

Take out the baking tray and shake it gently, turn the peanuts in the baking tray over, lower the oven temperature to 120°C, and bake it for another 15 minutes. The roasted peanuts can be eaten after cooling
