Prepare the ingredients. This chili noodle is a kind of seasoned chili from Yunnan. It tastes very good and is necessary for family barbecue. There are also some other brands such as Nirofi chili which are also good. Friends from other provinces can buy it online;

Scrape and clean the skin of small potatoes;

Wash the shallots, coriander and mint leaves and chop;

Tips:
1. My little potatoes are still a bit big. If you can buy them, a little potato with a diameter of about 3 cm is the best. A little bigger one can be cut and roasted, and the taste will be more fragrant;
2. Potatoes can be roasted directly without boiling. It is best to cover with tin foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then uncover the tin foil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to bake;
3. The baked small potatoes can also be eaten with other sauces according to personal taste~
