1.
Put butter on the mold and freeze it twice, dusting with flour for later use.

Separate the eggs in two clean bowls without water and oil.
3.
Mix low flour with cornstarch and sieve for later use.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat them until fish-eye shape. Add in caster sugar and beat in three times.
5.
Beat until hard foaming.
6.
Take a part of the beaten egg white foam into the egg yolk and mix well.
7.
Pour the egg yolk paste into the egg white foam and stir evenly.
8.
Stir the sieved low flour and cornstarch into the egg batter twice, and mix evenly.
9.
Pour the batter into the mold, shake it a few times, and put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (the temperature of my oven is too high, usually 30 minutes)
